<b> Event Moderator</b>: We are currently seeking 1 Even nth moderators. Duties include, however are not limited to, posting new challenge ideas, extending and or closing challenges as necessary, appealing challenges to the members, submitting polls for members to vote on best graphic in challenges and posting challenge winners, awards in their showcase, as well as brainstorming site wide events.Applicants must showcase an example of 1-2 challenges they would bring to the table<p>
<b> Writing Moderator</b>: We are currently seeking 1 writing moderator. Duties include, however are not limited to, validating members story request and moving them to designated rating forum, Moderating stories to ensure they abide by the rules, moderating the Libraries to ensure that members are posting a library if they are a writer, ensuring that all writing forum rules are followed and taking disciplinary action when they are not. As well as serving on the promotion board for writing promotions. Applicants must submit an example of how they feel will best be the way to moderate the writing forum.<p><br>

<b> Global Moderator</b>: We are seeking 1 Global moderator to assist with surveillance of the site. Your duties include, working with all other mods for a detailed list of staff events, managing the ask the staff forum, handling day to day events of site when Alishya and I are not available. You also moderate all areas of the board, especially the request sections, and off topic sections of the board which do not have a designated moderator. You work closely with members and are the supervisor of other moderators. You position includes a limited access to the admin cp. Applicants must provide an example of how they would approach r r requesting a weekly activity tracker  from the other mods. <p><br>
<b> Peace Mod</b> example: we are seeking 2 peace moderators. This position includes but is not limited to, survalence of members galleries and libraries to keep watch on updated, current and accurate list of credits and anti plagiarism, monitoring the cbox to keep the language clean and ensuring no advertisements, keeping the rules of the board in check and being able to remain calm in frustrating situations when members cause problems. A big part of your duty includes monitoring for stealing from members, bashing members, etc, and investigating claims to determine a solution. This requires to to be creative and have courteous PM skills with decent spelling and grammar.Applicants must draft a sample pm regarding plagiarism from one member to member B, to apply. <p><br>
<b> Outreach Moderator</b>: Seeking 1-2 outreach mods. Duties include but are not limited to, spreading the word about moonlit midnight to other sites, sorting our first link sections and reposting our advert , managing and sorting all link backs, requesting affiliation with other sites and sorting determining and approving our affiliate requests. Applicant must provide a list of five (5) possible sites to affiliate with. <p><br>

</div> I'm looking for staff that are willing to dedicate time, create characters and really get the site running. There are plenty of opportunities to grow. Right now I'm seeking a staff of 2 maybe three people, to join my admin team.<p>
Head admin: that's me, Queen Tatianna, or Taylor. I own, created and take all responsibility on the site. I am experienced as a graphic creator, but can't make original codes. I can tweak small things in skins and templates already made, but yeah...<p>
Ideally: though open to suggestions, debates and exceptions,
I am looking for staff that have a variety of skills and experience. Ideally, I'd have one staff less experienced in running a site but an avid FilePlanet, very experienced in character. Then one staff experienced in running a site and role-playing just enough to really make a difference keep things moving on the site. Finally have an admin experienced as a staffer and a coder to really help out with appearance, glitches, and questions. <p>
Of course, I understand if things work out differently.
General responsibilities:
All staff: reading and approving or pending character apps, maintaining at least 1 character, updating claims lists, answering member questions, pushing activity checks, enforcing the rules, appearances in the cbox and advertising. These are general elements to running a site that I feel all staff should be able to perform.<p>
Admin 1: this admin would generally be experienced in coding, help out with coding glitches, or find people who can. Being able to code well does not really impact your role though it is a plus. Basically, This person should be able to locate templates and skins, be familiar enough with an admin cp, be able to request codes to be made by a third party and be able to read code well enough to interpret where things should be fixed, changed and adapted, as well as where things in a skin code go. If you can code that's fantastic as it really gives our site a stand out appearance by having unique, one of a kind custom templates and skins and such. However, all I am really looking for here, is somebody experienced enough and willing to be the go to person for codes on Df. <p>
Admin 2: This person generally would be the beta to my alpha. I hate using these terms as I of course feel all my staff are equally important and responsible, however, this person would be me when I'm not around. Preferably this person is eastern, or Pacific standard time in the USA or overseas Europe where they can be on when I'm not always. Again this is not a requirement. Specific duties are to be determined.<p>
Admin 3: generally this person works more on a member level, has great activity in threads, in the cbox, in off topic discussions and giving suggestions. This is an important role because this person keeps the site running.<p>

So I ask that you please PM me at Daylight is Fading to apply. As well as aim me, tjbutterfly92. Admins should create their staff account with a Fae like name. Ie Queen Mab, King Orian etc. Then create their character account. I'm looking forward to hearing from you. People might assume that women "put on their face", so to speak, for just about everything they do. By face, I mean make-up. Cosmetics have always been a major role for women everywhere, and they won't be going anywhere anytime soon. Its constantly adapted to fit the times, but yet it seems people feel that women use cosmetics simply for the image of them.

I would argue that if cosmetic productions can adapt to fit the times, than why can't perception of why cosmetics are used also change. Women use make-up for a variety of reasons. Some work in professions where it is a necessity for them to look their best, some use it still, to enhance their image, some just to make themselves feel important, and some just out of habit.

I complied research for this into a survey for my own cosmetics line Read my Lips Cosmetics incorporate,. I wanted to hear from my consumers more than what shades of color they wanted in a product. I wanted to compile a background as to why my consumers used my product over other products, if they would continue to use my product, why they used cosmetics in general, and if they used a certain style or shade of color for certain moods.

For an example, I always wore red lipstick to board meetings. Why red? Because I hate Red Lipstick, I think it shows my pores more than say pink, and i'm also not particularly keen on board meetings. So I associated two things i dislike into working together to put me in a bad mood. So every board meeting equals my wearing red lipstick.

I conducted the survey to launch my new product line, developed to provide women with satisfaction that they look good, no matter what they have to endure through the day. Of course no amount of marketing could make everybody believe this, but it is with good intentions that the line was made. Its a start to ending the red lipstick in board meetings, daring women to break their own norms as well.
